Comfortable, no visible tears or stains, non-smoking and no-cat home.  Near W&M business school.  It’s actually a sleeper sofa but the internal mattress has visible wear and a small stain. There is a tiny tear on the sofa underneath the cushion, but does not show.  We would keep this for our own students but don’t have the space in our house.
